What is protected

The Dinyvo name, logo, and brand identity
The platform's software code and architecture
All user interface designs, layouts, and visual elements
Written content including marketing copy, help text, and documentation
The AI waiter system, conversation logic, and ordering methodology
All page designs including the landing page, dashboard, and customer ordering interface

What you may not do

Copy, reproduce, or republish any part of Dinyvo without permission
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
Use the Dinyvo name, logo, or branding in any context without written permission
Create derivative works based on Dinyvo's design or functionality
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
Resell or sublicense access to the platform

Restaurant owner content

Restaurant owners retain full ownership of the content they upload to Dinyvo, including menu items, descriptions, and pricing. By uploading content, you grant Dinyvo a limited licence to display and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform on your behalf.

Reporting infringement

If you believe any content on Dinyvo infringes your intellectual property rights, or if you discover unauthorised use of Dinyvo's intellectual property, please contact us immediately at hellodiniq@gmail.com with full details of the alleged infringement.

Permitted use
