At Dinyvo, your privacy matters. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Who we are

Dinyvo is an AI-powered restaurant ordering platform. Our contact email is hellodiniq@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect from restaurant owners

When you create an Owner account, we collect:

Name and email address
Restaurant name and phone number
Menu items, prices, and descriptions you enter
Order history and revenue data from your restaurant
IP address at time of registration
Payment details (processed and stored securely by Stripe — we never see your full card number)

3. Data we collect from restaurant customers

When a customer uses Dinyvo at your restaurant, we collect:

The conversation between the customer and the AI waiter
Items ordered and order totals
Table number
Any allergy or dietary information the customer shares in conversation

We do not collect customer names, email addresses, or payment information. Customers use Dinyvo without creating an account.

4. How we use your data

We use collected data to:

Operate and improve the Dinyvo platform
Process and display orders to your kitchen and staff screens
Generate your revenue and order analytics in the dashboard
Send you account-related emails (welcome, billing, important updates)
Prevent trial abuse and protect the integrity of the platform
Improve AI responses and ordering accuracy

5. AI and OpenAI

Dinyvo uses OpenAI's API to power the AI waiter conversations. Customer conversation data is sent to OpenAI's servers to generate responses. OpenAI processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not share personally identifiable information with OpenAI beyond what appears in the conversation itself.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

Stripe — for payment processing
OpenAI — for AI conversation generation
Railway — our hosting provider, which stores your data securely

7. Data retention

Active account data is retained for as long as your account is active. If your account is cancelled or expires, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

Access the data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Export your menu and order data

9. Cookies

Dinyvo uses session cookies to keep you logged in to your owner account. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

10. Security

We take security seriously. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use Railway's secure infrastructure for hosting and database storage.

11. Children

Dinyvo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
