Welcome to Dinyvo. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Dinyvo

Dinyvo is an AI-powered restaurant ordering platform that allows restaurant owners ("Owners") to provide their customers with a QR-code-based ordering experience powered by artificial intelligence. Dinyvo is operated by its founder and development team.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate food service business to register as an Owner. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Free Trial

New Owner accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features included in the Full Access plan. No credit card is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Trial accounts that expire will have their data retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

After your trial, Dinyvo is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the price displayed on our pricing page. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Your data and restaurant configuration will remain accessible until the end of your paid period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Dinyvo for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to create multiple free trial accounts to circumvent payment
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
Upload false or misleading menu information that could harm customers
Attempt to access other owners' accounts or data

7. AI-Generated Content

Dinyvo uses artificial intelligence to power conversations with your customers. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be imperfect. You are responsible for ensuring your menu information is accurate and up to date. Dinyvo is not liable for orders placed based on incorrect menu data you have entered.

8. Allergen Information

Dinyvo includes allergen detection features as a convenience tool. However, you remain solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of allergen information in your menu. Dinyvo is not a substitute for proper food safety training and compliance with local food safety regulations.

9. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Dinyvo, you consent to our data practices. You retain ownership of your restaurant data and menu information.

10. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary downtime, maintenance, or technical issues beyond our control.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse of the trial system, or pose a risk to other users or the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dinyvo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of Dinyvo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
